Greetings! I am Abhishek Mhatre, a passionate Senior/Lead UX designer with a rich background in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). Throughout my career, I've made substantial contributions to various teams, leading projects at esteemed companies such as Rootshell Enterprise Technologies, Blue Yonder, Cabela's, DocMatter, and GOMASU.

My expertise spans a broad spectrum of disciplines, including Usability Testing, Full Spectrum Design, and Product Development. From pioneering ground-up applications like Electronics Bound Book and E-Commerce Applications at Cabela's to optimizing established platforms like Warehouse Management Systems and E-Commerce Applications at Blue Yonder, I leverage a User-Centered Design (UCD) approach to integrate user feedback and ensure unparalleled user satisfaction.

In addition to my design prowess, I excel in conducting thorough usability testing, orchestrating heuristic evaluations, and compiling insightful reports for organizational stakeholders. Complementing my design skills, I've mastered front-end development to create seamless online applications. Through adept utilization of technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JQuery, and various JavaScript frameworks, I breathe life into design concepts, marrying aesthetic appeal with functional efficacy.

Driven by a relentless pursuit of learning, I hold a graduate degree in HCI and am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Philosophy in Business, with a focus on Project Management. By blending creativity with technical acumen, I strive to redefine the boundaries of design innovation, crafting immersive digital experiences that resonate deeply with users.

UX Research: I focus on people's behavior, experiences and emotions towards a product as it helps me understand the users and align my design as per expectations.

Ideation: I clearly define the problem and generate multiple solutions to solve a problem.

Prototyping: I create low/high fidelity prototype to bring the idea into existence and test the idea of the product design.

Visual Design: I visualize the information into an engaging UI which will not only be satisfying but a delightful experience to the users.

Front End Development: I like to code the designs which in return helps me my visions, understand technical complexities and bring out new different designs.

Usability Testing: I conduct usability testing to find out problems that might have gone unnoticed. Do quantitative and qualitative analysis generated from participants data and aim to solve those problems for user satisfaction.
